James then paged the Plantoc, "Plantoc. Ambassador Watson. Any thoughts about a Reception for the Ramesarean Ambassador?"
T'Kresh was a little surprised. It was not often that someone contacted her directly rather than through reception. "Good evening Ambassador. Traditionally, we have a small deligation meet the new arrival at the docking area. We also have a small appetizer reception that evening. I would welcome you input on the proper food choices since you have past experience with them. I would also need and expected time of arrival for the new Council member."
