Hi, all,
Sorry about the group message, but I didn't feel
like typing this out twice. Ray came home yesterday morning and is
settling in quite nicely. He actually has very few limitations now
that he is home. He is not supposed to lift more than 20 lbs or do any heavy
exertions. He is allowed to do light housework, climb stairs carefully,
drive, ride a bike, and other similar stuff as long as he takes it
slow. That is a really good sign. And he seems to be following
doctor's orders about taking things slow.
I also wanted to thank you all for everything from
phone calls to cards to comments, it has been nice to know that so many people
were thinking of us. Deep down, I feel that our good fortunes with this
are a large result of your positive thoughts.
