"Back to quarters, starfish," Serana replied. When they were back in the
quarters, and munching on some yummy but mother-approved snacks, Ceran piped
up, "So do you want to come over again?"
Julian nodded his head excitedly as he stuffed his face. "Sure. We had so
much fun in the holodeck," replied Jackie who was being a little more
delicate with her snack.
Ceran stayed a little closer to Jackie to avoid Julian's flying crumbs. "That would be fun," Ceran grinned. Then with a nudge from her mother, Ceran added, "Maybe next time we can play something you like."
At the door, Serana smiled at Celine. "Thank you for the afternoon," she said, "It meant a lot to Ceran to have some new playmates."
