"What about you? What brings you into the Brotherhood?"
Chase turned and took a step away from the mural and made his way over
to one of the seats and plopped down. He took a deep breath before
starting. "My father had been in Starfleet. That meant my mother and
I were forced to be dragged around the cosmos while he pursued his
career. I got a chance to see first hand what our involvement with
other races meant. We were pulled into the Dominion War to protect
Bajor and help our allies. Our resources were drained to not only
protect these other people, but also to rebuild their worlds after it
was done. I watched as my father died after a battle, and it was not
even in defense of our own world. I started with the Brotherhood
because I wanted to help our government to find a way to make Earth and
hre native people a priority."
Jaime nodded. "Well, Richard's giving you the chance to do just that," she answered.(OOC: Is there anything else before we move on to the next day?)
