From the back of the shuttle, a deep voice replied
"Large shanta burger with extra dooley sauce and a
cold Gimlik-cola please." said Knucklebiter.
"You can have that off-duty after you've been cleared from Sickbay. For
right now, nutrient bars to replenish your system." She unbuckled and
started passing out the bars. It seemed the scientists hadn't eaten in a
while because they took the bars gratefully and started wolfing them down.
Hilda took hers and began chewing. Taste had improved over the years but
they were still streamlined to the bare essentials.
