Jared sat in his office going over his notes from the day before. He
had learned a lot about what had happened to Captain Boulay, but talking to
Counselor Kirk, Admiral Van Der Loo, and Colonel Stark, but he still had not had
a chance to meet with David himself. It was imperative to get that
information from the horse's mouth, particularly with the orders he had gotten
from Sam just a few minutes earlier. It seemed like he and David were
going to be doing some traveling together.
A few minutes before, he had spoken with Emily, and she had sent a page to
Captain Boulay requesting his presence in Admiral Jackson's office at the
nearest convenience.
