"I agree....Commander Shevab, you are going to be put on indefinite leave
for the time being, however if this is going to work I'm also going to need
to unofficially restrict you to quarters to minimize your exposure to those
who may be watching you. I think we should do a direct transport to your
quarters." He looked at K'Tael, "Agreed?"
Considering how things had gone between Torgath and the Commander, Geb
thought that his new friend really apprecaited that idea. He wondered if
K'Tael would give him his wish.
The Klingon opened his mouth to respond, but it seemed that Shevab's
communications device was a bit faster to process his thoughts.
{Transporters require energy, energy usage means a log into the station's
systems of who and what was moved to where,, I can go to my quarters via
Jefferies Tubes and not be seen. Also there neds to be a staged clean up or
such in Engineering to spread the word pf my 'assasination'.} replied the
Commander.
"Good thinking....however assassination attempts require transfer to
Sickbay. From there you can use a Jefferies tube. Just dissapearing from
Engineering will be less than convincing to those involved. Commander
Shevab-please incapacitate yourself."
"Commander K'Tael-sound the alarm." He stuck his head out of the room and
said to his Security squad, "Setup a perimeter in the area...only authorized
personnel including Dr. D'amondra and Admiralty come in unless I or
Commander K'Tael say otherwise."
(ooc: We are already in security, so I am not sure if you wanted to rewrite
the previous a little. Shevab's team already saw him depart.)
"Sir, that should work out fine. If we transport him to Sickbay, many might
assume that it is his corpse."
"Renaud to Sickbay. Dr. D'Amondra needed in Engineering--urgent."
