The Klingon made his way over to stand next to the Aqualish. "I do
believe that things could be getting difficult whether the Emissary is
allowed to sit on the Council or not. It is clear that there is more to
the interaction between the Venasians and the Ramesar than they have said."
Dai'Cou nodded. "I believe that you are correct. Fortunately, we will not
have to deal with the interaction as much as the Federation
representatives, since they are the sponsors for the Ramesar and are
working on creating stronger ties with the Venasians."
"Since we are all minor diplomats, we can be particularly happy. We will be
on the outskirts of this whole thing once the primaries return to the
station."
