Geb stood in the corridor. Somehow hospitals were all the same. It didn't matter where you were. He glanced around as medical staff shuffled around. They were obviously very busy. He and his partner had been waiting for some time in the hallway, guarding the door. Shevab had been rushed down here, and they had been assigned to protect him. Nothing yet had happened, but it was a safety precaution. He could not help but wonder whether it was a waste of time, particuarly considering the fact that the Chief Engineer was supposed to be leaving the room as soon as arriving.
The Brikarian glanced to his little partner who was busy keeping an eye on one of the nurses and laughed. "I don't think she poses much of a danger to the Commander."
