>Legrath felt himself fill with anger, but there was little he could do under
>the circumstances.   "I understand, Madam Chair.   I understand that your
>positions keep your schedules tight.   Feel free to depart as you must.   I
>am just glad that we were able to clarify that the Professor was doing fine
>here."

>"And it was all thanks to the help of yourself, Gul Legrath, and your
>government's representative to the Council.  Melora Damesh was most helpful
>with this situation."  Valtris loved grinding the salt into the wound.

>Melora just glared at her fellow ambassador.  She had long ago given up finding a medium with the >woman.  They were meant to bicker.  She was not about to take the bait while in front of the Gul.

Now that their departure had been cleared, Watson stood and took control, "Again thank you Ambassador Damesh and Gul Legrath for your hospitality. We will be departing as soon as the Professor is prepared." He walked behind his chair and pushed it in.

T'Kresh followed suit with her chair.  She walked over to stand next to him and nodded to the rest of the Coucil members to follow suit.

Rilg nodded and stood up before filing over to the Council group.  He felt quite short considering the height of a number of his colleagues.

Legrath on the otherhand focused on the human.  Somehow, he had lost control of this get together and it meant that, at least for now, Professor Dulath would be leaving Cardassia Prime.  The Central Command would not be happy.  He still had to be corgial, though.  "It is the least we could do, Ambassador Watson.  "It is the least we could do.  Cardassia considers the Council an important organization. We want to do whatever we can to help."

(anything before departure for the ship?)_
