Lt Knucklebiter took a deep breath on his way out the turbolifter by
Engineering, and then walked right into the main room. Technicians were
hauling out pieces of burnt equipment
on a lifter sled, while a few others were installing new pieces in Commander's Shevab's Office. He lifted his toolbox to about chest level and dropped it, where it landed with a loud thud and internal clankings and jingles. In a very loud command voice he said "What the farg is going on here?!!" Celine was not sure how she had missed the arrival of the ursoid. He was a big guy, but somehow, the hectic nature of repairs had kept her distracted. She excused herself from the engineer she had been talking to and made her way over to speak with him. "Welcome back to the station, Lieutenant," she replied in a calming voice. "As you can see, we have seen some excitement. Perhaps, I could talk to you in private," she added as she waved her arms to sweep the rest of the staff out of Commander Shevab's office. <response>
Once they were gone, she tapped the console next to the door to shut it
since the automated system had not been fully repaired yet. "Have you heard
about the attack on the Commander, yet?" Celine was not sure how long
Knucklebiter had been on the station, but she wanted to make sure that he knew
the facts about his mentor without worrying him too much. "He is
fine. I can bring you up to speed on things if you like."
