In Spacewalk 0.2 the api call api.getVersion return string 0.2.
I think that is is bad and we should return to 5.something. Why?
Because some satellite scripts may check, if we have sufficient api version. Now those scripts have to be rewritten. We can discuss what should be something in 5.something, but we should definitely bump it up back.

I suggest to bump it to 5.2.0 and then separate the numbering from numbering of satellite or spacewalk and with every change to api simple bump up the release part of api version number.
