Although having Koji is not strictly necessary to build packages for
s390x, it would probably serve you best to set one up if you do plan on
working on regular builds and testing.  I am by no means an expert on
Koji, but there are folks on this list that know Koji well and setup the
Spacewalk instance that does the EL5 and EL4 builds (and eventually
Fedora 9 builds) of Spacewalk.  I realized that I cannot find any setup
instructions on the Spacewalk Wiki (https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/)
on how one would setup an instance.  I am hoping that someone can
document the process so that others can build Koji instances and we can
have reproducible steps if we need to build an instance again.
