5.1 is probably closest to what you asked for. For the first one I do
not know.
I can confirm that yes, the RHN Hosted team (who operate separate from
Satellite Engineering) recently went through old bugzilla requests. I
would strongly recommend that if you wish for these to be considered
within the Satellite product to contact your support rep for feature
requests to be reviewed.
I am not aware of either feature being on our current roadmap within
Spacewalk.
