You mustn't rebase after you've tagged. Your tag

        spacewalk-search-0.4.4-1

points to commit

        1b5135addfe62313b6e3e2d108f3aca4f783da1d

but that commit which should have that tag is

        e7063088c7cf158f48f519237886b219ab10e6dd
