I would like to have the git directory tree for the schema populated
with either
a raw copy of the oracle files (which I still find hard to believe would
be easier) or finish my script and generate the directory tree. In
either case, I'm tasked with populate the directory tree want to ensure
we have the correct starting point for the schema migration effort.

Well, I think we will need to ask them but the feedback I got was that
they were going to do it manually once they have some rules in place.
