perl-Apache-Admin-Config builds fine on RHEL 5 which uses perl 5.8.8  but the 
test suit fails with perl-5.10.0 used in fedora   there is something between 
the two versions of perl that it doesnt like.  ive not yet worked out what 
exactly,  if someone better at perl than me could work out that would be 
awesome.

I expect that putting that package in will result in whatever uses it to be 
horribly broken.  considering its from a place of unknown quality and appears 
to be built for fedora-8 which had perl 5.8.8
