There is project for supporting DEB systems in Spacewalk:

When this project finish you should be able to manage Ubuntu/Debian
systems with Spacewalk.
But if you mean "running Spacewalk on Debian/Ubuntu", then ... no,
nobody tried it. And probably nobody even think about it. You can be
first, patches are welcome :)
