Yes and no.
Current goal is very simple: let allow Debian system register to
Spacewalk - nothing more.
Lukas is nearly there, he has currently problems with sending hw info to
Spacewalk. Working on it.
Second stage will be probably support other client programs (like
rhncfg) and allow remote scripts to be executed on client.
Third (and final) stage will be to be able rhnpush deb package to
Spacewalk and be able to install it on client.
And back to your question - tools which read Debian Repository and
rhnpush it then to Spacewalk will be quite easy then. But we must first
go through all previous stages and it will be long way.
