if you are trying PostgreSQL in our nightly please note the warnings
WARNING: nonstandard use of \\ in a string literal at character 99
HINT: Use the escape string syntax for backslashes, e.g., E'\\'.

HINT: Use the escape string syntax for backslashes, e.g., E'\\'.
are due to cosmetic bug in the perl-DBD-Pg driver. It has no side effect
in functionality but they are there if you turn on the PostgreSQL
debugging (which is highly recommended).
