I created remotes/origin/SPACEWALK-1.3 branch.
Your next commits to master will end up in Spacewalk 1.4. If you need to
get some change / fix to Spacewalk 1.3, cherry-pick it from master to
SPACEWALK-1.3 and ping me -- I'll do the tagging and building.
