Dear translators,

please note (in reference for 7. and 10.), that Transifex tends to put 
automatic lock on languages once you begin working on them on web or when you 
upload new version. This lock is for 48 hours, so if you do some change, check 
whether you haven't locked the language and release lock if you don't want to 
continue translating right away.
