OKay but what do you propose we do? I just tagged and built the
latest spacewalk-java package, it went without a hitch on RHEL 5
and RHEL 6, as well as Fedora 14:

I can see something about juli added in commit
608448e0d0ab75bd1fdc3ffe9c9ff52dbcb37c2d but that was back
in December, even before Spacewalk 1.3.
What OS are you building this on?
What was the last version that built without problems for you?
Aren't you using some sort of developer's setup instead of properly
building via rpm?
