Can you confirm that if someone manually adds these entries into their
rhn.conf it will read them in and override the defaults listed in code?
Is the formatting in rhn.conf been preserved? (so if I wanted to add to
rhn.conf the following, it would work):
sc.crit = 4294967296
sc.imp = 256
sc.mod = 16
sc.low = 4
sc.bug = 1
sc.enh = 0
(and yes, that example I just made up, to confirm it *would* work,
should I desire)
