We are aware of zypp-plugin-spacewalk, because it was announced here.
But nobody sent us patch, which we can accept.
Personally I would be happy if somebody from Suse would stand up and
would create and maintain /client/suse. But nobody done it so far.
I would even do it myself, but I'm unable to test zypp-plugin-spacewalk,
because it require libzypp and that is not in Fedora.

So I could not test in on Fedora and I do not have time/energy to test
it native on OpenSuse.
