Yes, there will be a command line option. rhncfg-client diff will now
have a -d or --diff-secure-files option that you can specify to get the
old behavior. There will also be an option that you can set permanently
in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhncfg-client.conf. This will be available in
rhncfg-5.10.27-10-sat and up.

It's an important piece of config mgmt / file integrity mgmt in knowing what
changes were made to a file that was replaced.
