Hey Colin, this looks like a non-compatible ivy version. I know, guys used some old version from jpackage repo in the past. http://mirrors.dotsrc.org/jpackage/1.7/generic/free/RPMS/ivy-1.3.1-1jpp.noarch.rpm But looking at https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/DevelopmentWorkstationSetup?action=diff&version=81&old_version=80 the ivy installation was removed.
