I've commited rhnServerOutdatedPackages.sql fix, thanks for correcting
my mistake.

As for duplicated package - I can't reproduce it. What's your setup?
I have:
server          389-ds-base-1.2.10.2-15.el6.x86_64
base channel    389-ds-base-1.2.11.15-31.el6_5.x86_64
child channel   389-ds-base-1.2.11.15-31.el6_5.x86_64
server is subscribed to base channel and not to child channel and it
gives me just one row. Even if I subscribe server to the child channel
there still just one row.
