There's an update of c3p0 in EPEL which puts c3p0.jar into a different
path than older c3p0 (from jpackage). So workaround/fix is
a) downgrade to older (jpackage) version
        yum downgrade c3p0
or b) create a symlink
        ln -s c3p0/c3p0.jar /usr/share/java/c3p0.jar
