It's taskomatic job channel-repodata.

They should exist, you can find them in /var/satellite/rhn/comps and
/var/satellite/rhn/modules/. The path from repomd.xml
is translated to a proper file on the disk by backend (see
rhnchannelcomps table in the datatabase for the mapping).
