You can not do it directly, that can be done only with RHN Satellite.
I see that in RedHat ftp site there’s no “repodata” folder for RH4
systems and “reposync” command fails every time.
You mean ftp.redhat.com? But there is only src.rpm and debuginfo. No
binary packages.
