Click 'Systems' on the grey/red bar (at the top of the screen)
Click 'Activation Keys' in the grey box (upper left hand side under the 
grey/red bar
Click 'create new key' (upper right hand side under 'MANAGE' and 'CLEAR' 
buttons)
