Compare a the configuration of a system with spacewalk, and the check fails to
work correctly with directories.
A quick test with a file and an empty directory, compare all managed files to
system.
rhn_check tells the server the directory doesn't exist:
D: Sending back response (0, 'Files successfully diffed', {'diffs':
{'/etc/yum.conf': ''}, 'missing_files': ['/etc/yum.repos.d/custom']})
Only it does exist...
