This happens due to corrupted repo cache on your server.  Try the following:

* On your spacewalk server,  rm -rf /var/cache/rhn/repomd*
* On your client , yum clean all or rm -rf /var/cache/yum/*
* re run your yum install.. Initially you'll get 404's or repomd not 
found as its in the process of generating cache.

After few minutes it should resolve your issue with fresh cache.
