Yes, it's installed.
I got the monitoring to work without any error to. Looks like it was SELinux
who was the problem. Did a "setenforce 0" and a restart of Spacewalk. After
that it works.

Should it work with SELinux enabled? And if, what should I do to make the
monitoring bit work with SELinux?

Do you have package
   SatConfig-generator
installed? It is required by spacewalk-monitoring and you should have it 
installed.
