I'd like to create some 'base' channels that are pretty much just some

I dont seem to be able to find a channel creation so that i can create
my own channel and include packages from CentOS - am i missing something?
Channels, and manage, either the button on the upper left, or the link in the navbar on
the right. Then, on the next page, there's a "create new channel" in the upper
right (in small text).
thanks for this - i am now trying to add packages to that channel with
rhnpush but the user i am using apparently does not have the correct
rights even though i created it with channel admin rights.
I am now not in the office so without using the gui is there a way to
view what rights a user has and also manipulate those rights ?
