And last idea:
ls -l /var/www/html/network/monitoring/scout/index.pxt
I hope that this tells you something.
If that will be OK, I'm out of ideas why that happens.
But for sure the request:
GET /network/monitoring/scout/index.pxt
Should open file:
/var/www/html/network/monitoring/scout/index.pxt
And use PXT::ApacheHandler handler for that.
If it does not work that way on your machine you probably did something
wrong during installation.
