can you send us a copy of your /etc/cobbler/settings file? with the 0.5
packages from the nightly repo you should not still be getting spammed
from taskomatic.
I do see some issues with the code referenced in your stack trace.
Working to stop the thing from spamming repeatedly.
That said, we still need to figure out why your taskomatic process can't
talk to cobblerd. Would also be interesting to see your
/etc/cobbler/modules.conf file
