Ok.  Fixed it.  Shutdown spacewalk, then erased the noarch rpm, then the
x86_64 rpm with --nodeps, then reinstalled the x86_64 rpm with yum and
copied the two rpmsave files in /etc/cobbler back into place.  Just started
spacewalk and did a test and it's working now.
