Hi James. You were right on the money. I must've had tired eyes on Friday as I didn't spot that at all.
The distro label was CentOS5.2_i386, but the url path to the image was centos5.2_i386. I'll change the distro label for subsequent builds to work around this, but for now correcting it at the console has got me going again and the system is building now. Thanks for your help.
