Edit /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/rhnplugin.conf and set gpgcheck to 0.
I've done the same thing with editing yum.conf, but it's different in
this case :)
But the ideal is to not lose the benefits of package signing. Ensuring you
have no unsigned rpms really is, IMO, the right solution.
