Hello, The Spacewalk install went flawlessly. I was able to register a rhel5 system to the Spacewalk server. I was also able to download the base list of packages from the Spacewalk server. However, when I do a 'yum list updates' I am unable to access the updates. ---------- start of output ------------------------ Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security D: login(forceUpdate=False) invoked D: readCachedLogin invoked D: Checking pickled loginInfo, currentTime= 1249669217.91 , createTime= 12496691 81.92 , expire-offset= 3600.0 D: readCachedLogin(): using pickled loginInfo set to expire at 1249672781.92 updateLoginInfo() login info D: login(forceUpdate=True) invoked logging into up2date server D: writeCachedLogin() invoked D: Wrote pickled loginInfo at 1249669218.19 with expiration of 1249672818.19 seconds. successfully retrieved authentication token from up2date server <snip> Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: rhel5-updates-i386. I then have rhe;5-updates-i386 setup as a child channel to rhel5-base-i386. I will gladly supply more info as needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards,. -Eric To answer my own question. I had two activation keys with the same name. apparently Spacewalk did not like this. _______________________________________________ Spacewalk-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/spacewalk-list _______________________________________________ Spacewalk-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/spacewalk-list
