To build it, simply run 'cobbler buildiso', then burn the iso to a cd or dvd. When you boot to it, it will present a PXE-like menu that you can select which profile to use. The only downside is if you add or remove profiles you have to regenerate and reburn the iso. If you simply make changes to exisiting profiles, there is no need to do so though. There is a whitepaper that may be of use to you that was released with Satellite 5.3 (but is completely applicable to spacewalk 0.6): http://www.redhat.com/pdf/Provisioning_HowTo.pdf -Justin > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > _______________________________________________ > Spacewalk-list mailing list > [email protected] > https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/spacewalk-list -- Justin Sherrill, RHCA 1801 Varsity Drive. This may work just as well because we use VMware and iLO/DRAC/ALOMs which allow the use of virtual media (iso images), so we shouldn't even need to waste CD/DVD's. _______________________________________________ Spacewalk-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/spacewalk-list
