I need to do this conversion as NetAddr::IP and Frontier::RPC are not
provided with RHEL (at least not yet).

Frontier::RPC is in rhn-tools channel

NetAddr::IP is not in RHEL, but perl-Net-IPv4Addr and perl-Net-IP is available there.
