You need to do a bunch of steps along the way, so you want to go to
0.5 and then to 0.6, as the current HowToUpgrade page assumes you
have 0.5 working.

For 0.5 to 0.6 instructions, follow

It's the current version of

but that will be updated RSN to carry 0.6 to 0.7 instructions, so
you might want to use the version=37 specifically to get to 0.6.
