Hi,

The one thing I cannot figure out how to nail down with Spacewalk is how to
make one of my Spacewalk channels into an addressable repository. Spacewalk
has all the packages, so why can't it act as a repository as well? If I create
a kickstart file using the Spacewalk wizard, I get the following line:

repo --name=VT --baseurl=http://spacewalk/ks/dist/centos5/VT

I would think this would mean that Spacewalk creates a virtual directory in
tomcat and sets up this repo. However this is an invalid link. Have any of
you been able to leverage your locally available packages in order to make a
repo? If some of you are asking why, limiting bandwidth consumption would be
the reason.

Thank you,
Parker Crook
