I might be missing something but I can see pyOpenSSL-0.6-1.p24.7.2.2.x86_ 64.rpm in http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/os/x86_64/CentOS/, and the same goes for libxml2-python-2.6.26-2.1.2.8.x86_64.rpm.
