I had the same issue and it caused various troubles.
However it seems to be ok now. You have to extend you undo table space
with a command like
"
alter database datafile '/usr/lib/oracle/xe/oradata/XE/undo.dbf'
autoextend on next 100m maxsize 2000m;
"
