In the logs we are getting the following error: ORA-02291: integrity constraint (SPWK_APPS.RHN_SCHDY_SCHED_SCHEDULE_ID_FK) violated - parent key not found And when we tried to manually populate the database using the main.sql from /etc/sysconfig/rhn/oracle we get the following error: ORA-02303: cannot drop or replace a type with type or table dependents In both cases we are able to tell that the database is getting partially populated, the population is just failing partway through.
