As I look at the spacewalk roadmap

for release 1.1, it says it might have "Utterly Public Channels"
I might be looking in the wrong place, but I can't find any description
of that. It might be something that I really want.
Does anyone have a web page to point me to, or maybe just a basic
explanation.
Here is what *I* want.
I want a channel that I can mark "Public", so that people can go to my
spacewalk server and see what errata and packages are in that channel,
without having to log in. Something similar to
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/
Is that what the "Utterly Public Channel" supposed to be?
